Overview: The Lionel Operating Milk car is usually operated by the UCS track.  The voltage on the UCS determines if the milk can is ejected onto the platform smoothly, or turning it into a projectile!  The Mini Commander HC v2 incorporates an 8-amp driver for the solenoid coil, and generates the correct voltage profile that ejects the cans for perfect delivery.  This has the added benefit of keeping the cows happy.
